Very quiet and nice neighborhood for a cheap and easy hotel. The man up front was so extremely helpful and kind, which made the whole experience. It's right next to a bunch of food trucks and the train so if you're hungry or need to travel it's all at your fingertips. The train and 2 different bus stations are all next door, so getting from place to place was extremely easy.

Good location. I had a coffee maker in a room and the refrigerator, so I was fine, I like the fact that unlike some other hotels in a city there was an ability to open a window which is economically and ecologically preferable to conditioner and better for your health.

Staff was friendly & kind. They were prompt in contacting us after an item was left in the room, so while we had to backtrack to retrieve the item it was a minimum amount to time lost. Also, we were able to walk to the locations we wanted to visit.

Close to the max lines. There was a CVS right across the street that was actually open which was amazing. Food trucks right next door and the area was quiet

The location was very convenient for visiting our kid at Portland State University. The place was clean and had the basic amenities.
